The Australian Government's Downsizer Super Contribution Scheme allows eligible Australians aged 55 and over to contribute up to $300,000 per person from the sale of their home into their superannuation, helping boost retirement savings. Couples may be able to contribute up to $600,000 combined, provided they meet the eligibility criteria. We recommend speaking with your financial adviser to understand how the scheme may apply to your personal circumstances.
