Stockwell is a privately owned Queensland-based property business with over 70 years of experience in property development, investment, management, design and construction.
We pride ourselves on our strong and professional team to deliver successful end-to-end property solutions. In addition to the Solana portfolio, Stockwell is currently developing a number of residential, retail and commercial projects throughout regional and South East Queensland.
In 1952, Bill and Necia Stockwell had a dream to create a thriving family business whilst raising six children, and Stockwell was born. In 1992, after many successful years in business, their son Mark and son-in-law Mike took over the reins. Mark and Mike have grown Stockwell into the business it is today.
