What is the Livewell Centre?

At the heart of every Solana community is the Livewell Centre - designed to support both active recreation and quieter moments of connection and wellbeing.
You might begin the day with a swim in the indoor pool, join a game of tennis or bowls, or enjoy a session at the gym. Later, you could settle into the library, catch a film in the cinema, spend time in the craft or meeting room, or meet friends in the residents’ coffee hub.
It’s there when you feel like being social. And just as comfortable when you don’t.
Can family and grandkids use it too?

Yes — and this is something residents truly value.
Family and friends are welcome to stay and enjoy the resort facilities and activities with you at no additional charge. If your guests are staying for an extended period, management simply needs to be advised as part of normal resort operations.
It means downsizing doesn’t mean downsizing your family gatherings. The grandkids can enjoy the pool and open spaces, friends can relax over coffee, and you can continue hosting the moments that matter.
What kind of social activities happen there?

The Livewell Centre is designed for connection, but nothing feels forced.
Some days it’s organised activities by the residents — bowls groups, fitness sessions or movie nights. Other days it’s as simple as a casual coffee, a walk through the community garden or an afternoon game of pool.
Stockwell Living supports the day-to-day management of shared space, whilst the residents create a welcoming social environment, helping everything run smoothly.
Do all Solana locations have a Livewell Centre?
Yes. The Livewell Centre is a key part of every Solana Lifestyle Resort.
Solana Bribie Island and Solana 1770 – Agnes Water both have completed Livewell Centres that are already part of daily life for residents.
At Solana Northern Beaches - Mackay and Solana Hervey Bay, the Livewell Centres are on track for completion in early 2026 — bringing the same balance of recreation, relaxation and connection to these growing communities.
