Solana Lifestyle Resorts Update
2021 has been an exciting year for Solana Lifestyle Resorts. Our Bribie location is now 97% sold out after our recent final home release, introducing new floorplans with some much anticipated two bedroom options. We have also made a big step forward with the launch of our new resort, Solana 1770 Agnes Water, with Development & Operational Approvals received this year. Talk about a busy year at Solana! Solana Bribie Island
We have welcomed over 200 people to our beautiful island location. However, all good things must come to an end, and we only have five new homes remaining at Bribie Island. With a well established community, an unbeatable island lifestyle and conveniently located close to shops and transport, it's easy to see why Solana has been so popular for retirees and downsizers.
Our two bedroom homes have been extremely popular for downsizers as they offer enough space for easy living without all the upkeep a bigger home requires. Solana 1770 Agnes Water

Located on Australia’s east coast halfway between Gladstone and Bundaberg, this slice of untouched paradise offers fishing, boating, surfing, hiking spots and a local community with everything you need.
